  7. حالیہ کشیدگی میں اسرائیلی فوج کا دعویٰ ہے کہ حماس نے 1500 راکٹ اسرائیل کی جانب داغے ہیں تاہم ان میں سے زیادہ تر اسرائیلی دفاعی نظام آئرن ڈوم نے فضا میں ہی تباہ کر دیے ہیں۔
  8. اقوام متحدہ نے اس صورتحال سے نمٹنے کے لیے سلامتی کونسل کا اجلاس اتوار کو طلب کیا تھا اور عالمی ادارے کے سیکرٹری جنرل انتونیو گوتریس نے فوری طور پر پرتشدد واقعات روکنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا ہے۔
